Reston Scar, Staveley
Today’s walk took us to Reston Scar, which is just above Staveley village. It’s a beautiful 2 mile circular loop walk, taking in Black Crag and Reston Scar. With views out over Ings, Staveley and the mountains beyond. It finishes in Staveley village playground and / or the Eagle & Child pub!

Cunswick Scar, near Kendal
Cunswick Scar is an easy 3 mile circular walk, with only a small amount of gradient. Beautiful views over Kentmere, the SE lakes and Kendal.

Staveley Village & River Walk
Beautiful walk round Staveley village. This is a loop walk, so you can park anywhere, but I’d recommend parking in Mill Yard.
